PROJECT 1 : SITE ANALYSIS
PROJECT 2 : FOOD AND HANGOUT CENTRE
“ Food stalls and mamak centres have become a norm in parks , including Lake Titiwangsa which is a well known public park in Kuala Lumpur. As the amount of food trucks and mamak stalls increases over time it has become a generification as people tend to consume ‘fast’ food - the process of making it are usually short and we don’t know where or how the ingredients come from. In contrast, traditional foods are transparent in terms of its tedious process - from growing / hand picking the ingredients to presenting the food on table. It is a process without shortcuts but genuine from the heart to mouth, therefore making consumers to apprecitate the traditional food culture. ”
