For the historical building, my group was given The Facade Reims of Cathedral which is also known as Notre Dame of Paris. As for the individual analysis report part, I've chosen to do research on :
i. Where and when was the building built?
ii. How the context, building period and evolution makes the building historically significant and meaningful?

Learning Outcomes

Through this project, I've learnt about the appropriate verbal architectural vocalbulary when referring to building types and styles. I also learnt about the architectural elements and history throughout the research on my bulidng which is in the Gothic architecture period. This could be helpful for me in designing building concepts and styles that I'm referring to.
Besides that, in process of making the final presentation board, I've learnt to document design intentions, concepts, architectural language and how to express them in an organized way. This is also helpful for me to improve my presentation board layout skills.
